Illinois location,Director of Surgical Services,non profit faith based health system,440+ bed hospital. 14 OR suites with all surgical specialties performed including open heart. 12K procedures per year with expanding service lines. Reports to Director of Operations. BSN minimum,Masters preferred or in progress. 8+ years progressive management in a similar sized OR setting is preferred. Compensation package includes salary based on experience plus a relocation package.
