We are a rapidly growing educational organization whose unique FunImmersion method offers an effective and enjoyable way for children to learn a foreign language. We currently offer foreign language to over 4,000 children in our 7 center and 50 in-school programs across Chicagoland.Description:Language Stars is seeking Center Directors (CDs) to run existing or new Language Stars centers. We seek Center Directors who are looking for a long-term career and who will strive to grow with our company, while achieving merit-based increases in responsibility and compensation. Center Directors are responsible for the overall success of their respective centers, focused on:Enrollment and revenue growthCustomer retentionTeam building (managing a team of international teachers)Program qualityLocal marketingJob Logistics:Center Directors work 5 days per week spanning Mon-Sat, from approximately 8:15 am 6:00 pmCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and seasonal results-driven bonus amounting to $44,000 - $65,000 annuallyOptional participation in subsidized group health and dental plans3 weeks paid vacationOptional 401K participationPre-IPO stock optionsRequirements:Qualifications:2 years + management experience, ideally in an educational business Strong communication, organizational & leadership skills Experience managing, motivating & training staff Passion for working with childrenSolid attention to detail Fluency in a foreign language is a plus, but not required
